To maintain the sculptural integrity of our signature pleats, we recommend professional dry cleaning or a gentle hand wash in cold water. Always avoid ironing or tumble drying, as high heat can compromise the pleat structure.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for all full-priced items. Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags attached. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable.
How do I know which size to choose?
A detailed size guide is available on each product page. Our designs often incorporate unique structural elements, so we recommend following the specific measurements provided or contacting our customer care team for personalized fit advice.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placement. Once an order has been dispatched from our studio, we are unable to make any modifications.
